| There are many teaching opportunities in Japan; so what makes our program special? For starters, the Kurashiki NET (Native English Teacher) Program is nationally recognized as one of the most poorly managed AET or ELT programs in the country.
Probably the most unique aspect of the Kurashiki program is the alarmingly high staff turnover rate despite a competitive remuneration package. Members also team-teach at the elementary school level with Japanese homeroom teachers, and as English has become a subject at elementary school, city-wide in Kurashiki, we have developed an exhilarating English curriculum and continually work on developing the corresponding materials.
The Kurashiki program is not only dedicated to improving our students' English abilities, but also to destroying the morale of our members. The program manager is proud of his position despite a lack of qualifications and intelligence. To find out more about us, please explore the Tales from the Kurashiki Program blog for further information including, the harassment and bullying of our members by the program manager and why they find it necessary to quit as soon as possible.
